Royal Ambassador Banquet

This place never disappoints. The atmosphere is stunning. We celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary here tonight and everything from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic! The service was wonderful, food exceptional and wine was perfect. Big thanks to Diana and staff for making our evening perfect, even in the midst of this COVID-19 crisis. This place is so clean, bright and inviting. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

The place is beautiful!

Really nice spot for an outdoor event or wedding. Place was very well maintained and service was amazing along with the food. Perfect spot for a nice view and sunset over the lake. Would love to go back again. The only issue was bugs during the night. They could use some outdoor bug repellent.

Poor customer service. They won't refund our deposits even though we couldn't have our event because of covid. ( it's now illegal to have a big party but they just don't refund your money) . It is really hard to talk to them because they don't pick up the phone. We understand that it's crazy time now. We understand that they are having a hard time because of covid. But they could provide customers better service (at least pick up the phone ? )
