I recently needed help with my citizenship application and Ms.Zohreh’s thoughtful response to my request was timely and detailed. Considering the inconvenience of the pandemic, the service I received was not at all affected. Her exceptional services allowed me to get all my documents ready and delivered in less than a week (including delays of taking pictures, etc). She made it almost impossible to feel a language barrier/ uncertainty in my documentation process. Definitely would recommend for newcomers!

Excellent service. I needed some documents certified as true copy and had a very good experience with Ms Zohreh Sedaghat at the centre. Access to basic services for new immigrants can be challenging. Definitely get in touch with them to get all the help you can. Thanks Ms Zohreh for helping me with my document credentialing process.

As a newcomer who landed in Canada just as the world was going into a complete lockdown in March 2020, I experienced the classiest assistance from the professionals at the Newcomer Centre of Peel. Our introductory session with Ms. Manjula and with Ms. Shireen Abbasi made us feel confident and welcomed to the new country. They enable newcomers with the needed information, guidance on how to plan and proceed with the settlement process in Canada and help you with needed trainings and workshops. I have had the opportunity to attend the Labor Market Access to Newcomers program which was conducted by the facilitator, Ms. Franca and one point for all, Terence. At the end of the 8 week program, I had a clear idea of what the Canadian market is looking for, how to prepare and present myself for such opportunities and how to build my network I also availed the services of Newcomer Centre of Peel to access the furniture bank to help us establish our home in Canada. After running pillar to post with other settlement agencies, I found sound knowledge, experience and efficient management for newcomers at NCP. If you are new to Canada and are in the Peel region, definitely get in touch with anyone at the Newcomer Centre of Peel.
