The staff does not run away when you are looking for help, they know their stuff great service. If they don't have it they will order it or tell you at what other branch you will be able to pick it up.

I was made to drive an hour for nothing.
I was not called despite a commitment to do so ...
Not to mention the stocks that could not be more fanciful.
Frankly I am very disappointed.
