I like the parking ! Hard to get help in some departments. I find most, if not all, of what I need in a Reno centre.

Used to shop a lot there, best part is going in by car for wood, gypse, etc... If you dont know what you want it is really difficult in the store, customer service is nearly inexistant, and getting worst year by year, as for phone service, nobody picks up the phone!

If time is money then this is the place where you can spend a ton of both. Get lost in the huge warehouse while you desperately try to find the product you are looking for, only to find it, and then something else next to it you didn't think you needed. It is better to avoid the place altogether if you can't control yourself.
