rude and aggressive employees. prices and inventory are o.k but not great. .. just walk in, pick up what you need, and go to the cashier and pay.......dont ask any employee for information!!!

Poor business structure, every BMR is independent and don't work together as a Brand or group. Tied to return item purchased online , and non shallant declined to help. No customer service , deeply disappointed .

Bought 8 trellis at$ 64.98 each.When showing them that they were 1/3 the price on line,the day after purchased,they did not even offer a discount.They were okay with me returning them to the store even though they were purchased and already installed.Disappointed with service!!
