Service bordering on reality, I ordered tools with them twice, they don't seem to keep any order tracking. When I try to know the status of my order, the staff is confused, does not seem to have noted anything anywhere twice rather than once. Place to avoid absolutely ...

It is one of the few stores in Montreal that sells professional mechanical equipment (machining tool, large variety of metric and imperial bolts, etc.). The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are Alain, Guy and Mario who are at the counters to serve you.
In addition, they handle bespoke orders, parts that are at PTS (USA) and other US suppliers are delivered within an acceptable time.
This is not the first time I'm dealing with them, when there are problems, they settle so quickly without being aware.
If you are a machinist and want to buy cutting tools in Montreal, try your luck.
Take a tour of their store to see what's out there, and ask them for catalogs. You will not regret the opportunity.
