I purchased a LG Stylo from New West Laptop and I was told it was an unlocked phone that would work on any carrier but to my surprise when I inserted the simple card from Chatr to my surprise I was told that the phone was not unlocked it was locked, so I will be going back to the store in the morning to have them make it right, I'm not the type of person that gets upset im more the kind of person who just gets what I was told I was getting and that's all I want is what I was told by the sales guy this is what I m offering and that's what I want nothing more and nothing less just what you told me I was buying, which was a Lg phone that was unlocked
New West Laptop Inc was able to recover all of my data - months of work I would have lost. Solved the issue, explained it to me in an understandable way, and gave me solutions to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend!
My daughter Needed her iPhone X screen replaced and this guy did it in 20 minutes very very pleased with the timing and the pleasant person that Was more than helpful I love good service , this is the epitome of it
I have never felt so small. The person who worked there wouldn't make eye contact. And he was headbobing to his loud music and ignoring everything I was saying like I was a waste of his time. It seemed like he just wanted me to leave.
