Terrible customer service!!! Manager started raising her voice, rudely "explaining" she can't upload photos if we don't have an appointment. Apparently that's how she talks to everyone. We didn't have an appointment last month and the photographer uploaded photo without no issues. We weren't told then we had to make an appointment.
