I went in to buy key fobs and nobody really even knew what 1 was.

Best hardware store experience I've had. By far. I was greeted by Monica in isle 12, asking how she could assist. My first time at the store, and in a time crunch, I was looking for a specific metal piping extender. She promptly assisted me then I was in line to pay. Another gentleman (possibly a floor manager) kindly led me to a faster cashier line up. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent team work and customer care. I will happily be back for all future needs.

Pete was super helpful with my plumbing issues! Highly knowledgeable and recommended if you need assistance. He should be recognized by management with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great store staff!

Thanks for a 5 star service. Your technician, Andy, is absolutely delightful to work with (punctual, polite, efficient and kept the working area clean). When we need service again, we'll certainly call Roma.
