Very Rude Older gentle men answered the phone was judge mental about spelling my ethnic name and sounded angry for me calling in and asking basic questions and having price inquiries. Will go with Marathon hardware instead.

Overpriced product that is made from cheap metal and mass produced in China. Each cabinet handle is double to triple wrapped in more plastic furthering the pollution of our planet, and who the heck in Canada thinks using philips head screws (Cheaply and sloppily made to boot) is in anyway a good idea.
Absolute trash.
