I had help as soon s I walked over to the paint department and from there they help me pick out the product I was using great place to shop. Dave was awesome in paint!

Carries pretty much anything you need from a hardware store. I'd love to see more specialty hand tools, but thats a corporate things not a location issue. Staff here is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have an answer, they'll find someone who does. My only complaint is that it always takes forever to get someone to cut lumber for me.

The staff were amazing and treated me like royalty. I cant wait to visit cranbrook again just for a chance to shop here again

Online-only retailers subject to price match policy.* So Cranbrook is saying that because Best Buy is not an online-only retailer, that is Best Buy has both retail and on-line, they don't have to match the price. So what's the solution... buy from BestBuy save $500 and let the local dealer they just lost a $5000 sale on a major appliance sale. If HD is going to play games with the wording of their price guarantee, I would not want to have to argue with them over a warranty claim.
