Matt is phenomenal!! Best service. He was patient but persistent. We were trying to cancel a pre-order and pick up a phone in store and Virgin was very difficult to deal with. Matt did not give up and managed to get done in 3 hours what had taken us 2 weeks of calls and being transferred all over the place. Highly recommend Matt!

Arrogant, unprofessional, presumptuous. Wanted to spend $1200 on a product, after my interactions, I left immediately and purchased the same item from another store for less. GG

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. They took the time to help me compare products and select the one that beat fit my needs. They also provided me with information to consider re: mobile phone options without trying to push into a plan.
