Same good store but a few changes that we have to get used to then it could go back to a 5

Very clean and well organized. The service department worked very quickly with the removal of a plate from the front of my vehicle. The gentleman in the tool department found the exact item that I was looking for. Was was in and out of Canadian Tire in under half an hour.

Don't bring your vehicle here. I brought my vehicle to the auto service center after my tire de-laminated and pulled out all my electrical wiring. They had to re-wire it fully but clearly didn't check it because a couple things (intermittent settings on my wipers and front left blinker) not working. When I told them about it they wanted to charge me $200-300 (on top of the almost $800 I already paid) more to fix it saying it could have been like that before (which it definitely wasn't). If I had known they won't guarantee their own work I wouldn't have taken it there and I'm put off shopping at Canadian Tire altogether since it's clear they don't care about customer service. Update: I brought my van to another auto service center to get at least my left blinker working and was told that all of the work was bad (open connections and faulty wiring) and would have to be re-done. I brought this information to the general manager wanting some kind of refund and he didn't even bother getting back to me. I wish I could give them less than 1 star

Well I randomly got kicked out, the staff had the police escort me out of the store. Didn't even ask me to leave first! 🥺 LOL... and I'm not a thief nor a criminal. That was literally the second time I had ever been in the store! (First time I purchased a hummingbird feeder for a Mother's Day gift) Obviously Mistaken identity... Very frustrating though - I was planning on buying a few sale items I noticed in their flyer... drove all the way there... to leave empty handed feeling embarrassed, humiliated and confused.
