I applied for Turkish Visa at this consulate and their service is beyond exemplary. The stuff is polite and professional. My business /Tourist Visa was delivered in a timely manner e.g. 5 weeks. When I applied for a VISA at this consulate they will provide you with the exact number of day that you request up to 90 days.
Went there for an interview to show them my documents, they’re really nice and understating. The staff was friendly and fast, they verified my application and I went out in under an hour
It's possible that they were rude in the past because I also experienced rude behaviour at the consulate in Toronto.

Excellent consulate
Me and my husband received papers from them and they made a mistake on our marriage date. They didn't even apologise for this and told us it will take up to another 3 weeks to get the new paper with the correct date. We waited for almost 2 months and we were the one calling for updates they never called us to say that it is being delayed. Occasionaly they told us (after we had called them) that they will call back but they never did. Also the employee's there look like they hate their jobs and they never smile or even say thank you. They give the paper and just turn around without speaking while we walk out of the door. And the funny thing is they give themselves 5 star reviews from multiple accounts. Really bad service and organisation. I would give -10 stars if I could. Go to the Ottawa consulate the travel from montreal is worth it.
