unfortunately the staff do not know how to make a duplicate key, do not go especially do your double! they polished the original because there is no way to do it and she tells us that she used the other machine ?? when you go back to tell him that even the original does not work anymore and that you can go home, they go back to us because "it's our problem" and it's the lock that has a fault all has it's not their fault, so I used it at morning my key! besides, his stupid talk to you, they call us a liar and leave us to our problems! they did not even take the complaint I made, nasty gang of incompetent, i work at the customer service and i never talk like her to a guest!
