The service here is so lacking. We paid extra for some canvas photo projects to be ready next-day because we needed them to hand out at an awards ceremony. We got an email the next day saying they were ready. So we drove an hour to Walmart to pick them up, only to be told that they were out of supplies and wouldn't be ready for a few days! So why do they charge for next-day service when they can't provide that? Why send an email saying they were ready? Very poor service. They spoiled the awards ceremony.
