Super clean and friendly staff. The employee took time to help my friend pick out a wireless speaker and she answered all our questions too! The shelves did appear to be lacking stock, not sure if that was a COVID or theft reason.

I upgraded my cell and my Granddaughters cell today through Zoe and a very nice girl that is in training. I think "victoria." Anyways, EXCELLENT, AMAZING, WONDERFUL!!!! So knowledgeable, it made the switch so easy. We are stoked now to have unlimited data and no longer have to worry about this Nana getting big billls anymore. 10 thumbs up. Highly recommend these gals!

I went in to simply find a new cord for my phone. Zoe was super kind and helpful. We got to talking and she ended up helping me get a brand new phone that I didn’t even have to pay a dime for, PLUS my monthly plan is now cheaper than it was with Telus! She took time to make sure she explained all the details, and even showed me a few things on my new phone to make my life easier! I highly recommend this store, especially if Zoe is working and able to help service you! You will not be disappointed

I arrived there 10 minutes before their closing time, but the staff Connor did everything he could to help me finding an old-style cellphone and a SIM adopter. He was so kind, knowledge and helpful. Thank you!
