Winners

Mandatory face masks is the only positive thing I can say about this establishment. I will be contacting Winners head office Monday morning reporting my experience. Really bad customer service. I realize this place is just another discount retail store and that I shouldn’t expect much from such a low end place, yet I do think respect is something that should be granted. Not hard people.

Not much of a selection and things seems to be all over the place. Long lineup at the tills not sure what people were buying because most of it isn’t worth buying. I did find a iPhone cord that I bought, it didn’t work. There were also expired items. Is that safe?Overall there needs to be order. I seen a lady screaming at another lady, the staff just watched. Definitely won’t be bringing my kids if there is a next time.

I went there awhile ago and all I can say is wow all the workers are so rude for absolutely no reason. Highly recommended going to the winners at wood grove they actually are nice and not rude to their paying customers.

I give this store 4 stars simply because the cashier was really nice. Sometimes a smile can make someone’s day.
