Some things here are great, others are not, so far the only product I won't buy there is cement, a 40kg bag of Portland cement was nearly twice the price of another outfit. Otherwise quite compatible and sometimes more friendly/helpful...

Location is clean and very well organized. It has a grest selection of merchandise. Staff went over and beyond to rectify an issue i had had which in my opinion was great and i would return to this location. *to the owner, thank you, i will be sure to pass the info on to my crew after i lost my mind with the 2 locations in Vancouver we spoke about.

The prices are a little bit high but it does have most of what you need, the selection at Home Depot is way better and the prices are way better but if you don't want to go all the way up to Cowichan Commons then Home hardware is a place to go
