Back again for pillows. Completely pain free experience. Thanks again! Good return policy on their pillows. 6 months. Really helpful because I'm having a heck of a time finding a suitable replacement.

I recently bought a couple of pillows from BB&B and found one to be soiled after returning home. Needless to say it was very upsetting as I had made a special trip just to visit that store. I called the store and I am delighted to report that the store manager, Gurvinder offered a solution which exceeded my expectations:I received my replacement pillow by FedEx a couple of days later. I wish to thank BB&B for their exemplary customer service.

Customers wouldn’t always physically distance. A staff member was helpful. They didn’t have the shower flip flops in more than one colour, even though the colours exist on their website. I like their return policy because you can return anything if you don’t like it even after using it.

This store has a good supply of everything you could use but the prices are a bit higher than the department stores. Helpful sales people and a quick checkout for me.

Nice and friendly staff, price is a bit on high side but wide varieties... will be good to get those on deals and sale...
