Nordstrom Rack

For clothing I am not sure Nordstrom is my favorite place for shopping. For shoes, I will always stop in a check out what is on the rack. I feel like they are constantly cycling shoes out and you can usually find a really good deal. It is nice that this location is right beside winners as I usually have the same feeling about winners as I do for this department store. It is worth a visit, just not my favorite place.

75% of the store is targeted at women. I wear men's 7 to 8 shoe and the selection was just 2 shelving units. The home decor section is basically non existent and just had luggage. Store is very clean and organized. This is supposed to be the outlet version of the super expensive Nordstrom so the price tags show the "original price" and then the clearance price and there was a lot of additional discount prices. I'd lump them in with being equal to Marshall's and Winners.

First time going here and if you can find items the deals are worth it! My husband found a great deal on Saxx products, Nike shorts and Champion clothing. The washrooms are inside the store which is convenient for pregnant women like myself! The staff are friendly too!

Decent collection of designers' sunglasses and undergarments. However, most brands were all grouped together in racks according to sizes, so you really had to dig in to look for your favorite brands. Staff were very friendly but no one knew the names of the popular brands like Eileen Fisher, etc. We waited outside for more than 30 minutes even though we had pre-registered for the two hour time slot months ago. Merchandise in the store were well displayed. It took us 50 minutes to drive there from Richmond, but it was worth the trip.

Second visit since it opened. First time store was full of stock but this time was disappointed as the shoe department was depleted of stock... :( Did find a sweet pair of Levis for $40. I'll try it again and hope there's more to choose from!
