Good deals but not always easy to find in the store.

Store was clean and staff were friendly.

DO NOT TRUST THE AUTO SHOP! BIG TIME SCAM! They are not a fully certified auto repair centre. They will take your money without completing the repair on your vehicle and recommend on the invoice that you see the manufacturer for the proper repair while slipping a note to you on the invoice see a good friend of theirs for the remaining repairs. On Saturday, November 21st, I called and said I had an electrical problem with my 2015 Smart car, they said no problem, bring it down, I had it towed in. They called me after having partially repairing the vehicle and said they are unable to continue because they do not perform electrical work. However they did suggest I went to a good buddy of theirs to have the work completed. When I collected the vehicle there was a hand written note from a service tech Ali telling me to go to his friends shop and not Mercedes. I called this afternoon, Monday, November 23rd and was treated like garbage by the shop manager, Lauren. He informed me they do not work on Smart Cars, yet his staff agreed to work on my Smart Car? I asked about the electrical service not being performed and he did not respond. Something very suspicious about this location. My advice - DO NOT TRUST THEM!
