I had a such great experience at Universal Supply Langley to the point that I actually wanted to write a review.The staff were friendly, personable and asked the right questions to help me figure out exactly what I needed. The shipping was fast and prices were competitive. I am looking forward to working with them again in my future renovations.
I came into this store on January 29th, needing help. Howie spent an exceptional amount of time helping me out for the few items I needed. And then he gave me a discount as well. I will only be going to Universal Supply for my plumbing needs in the future. Howie demonstrated the type of customer service that everyone in sales should demonstrate.
This is my go-to place for everything in the plumbing realm! The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly! If you need some help or direction, they are definitely the people to help out.
