Walked in for first time took of my backpack at the door he did not have to ask left my walking cane at door as not to intimate looked at a display of guitar straps measured with measuring tape key chain i had on me white with black button had a discussion about cheapest strings after talked about a tax write off then sayed maybe id buy some and do a tax write off myself as he sayed he was not the one too ask saw cool leather key chain ls in a plastic bucket pulled out measuring tape hovered 4 inch away guessed id need 18 at 3.50 a peice o make a strap that fit then measured how many extra id need from clipping together estimated about 2 more 70$ total after some mentle math did a small circle asked if he had the mineral instrument the lyres harp like instruments for a song im working on with a lyric they say he hunt but only lyres the musical instrument i explained not actual lies he sayed no i sayed too bad Did short walk around store as I started walking out he sayed you gonna pay for those strings you pocketed I pulled out my bc id and put on counter as I did not steal or even come close to the display then he sated its not worth it and again called me a theif by suggesting I had stashed them in the store somewhere I sayed check your tapes I did not steal and turned to leave he at least reminded me that I had forgotten my headphones when I was voluntary showing whats in my pockets thats 2 acuzation based on predidce of both travelers and the disabled he has lost my business but still has 4899 chances not 7×7 but 70x70 times should we forgive are brother 4900 chances please don't steal as it will raise his already high prices he shall should have forgiveness but a firm warning to those not from this town. AGAIN DONT STEAL JUST CUZ HES A LITTLE JUDGMENTAL HE HAS PROBABLY HAD A LOT OF THEFT PRAY FOR HIM INSTEAD 🙏 😔

I have been shopping here for a few years as a dedicated semi-professional musician. I have been involved with music my entire life. The staff and the products are unparalleled anywhere in the world. In a town of 10,000 people they have 99% of what any musician needs at prices the same or LESS than online. The staff are really really knowledgeable. They have never steered me wrong. The have made practical suggestions that have saved me money and anguish. They have sold me two guitars and a pa system that have made a HUGE difference to my ability to become a better musician.... This store is amazing... to the commentators below who talk about arrogance... I am shocked, I am in the store at least once a week and there are often folks "drifting in" and trying out guitars and sometimes breaking stuff, through all of this the owner and staff remain compassionate and helpful (yes they might expect you ask before playing a guitar so they can ensure a brand new instrument doesn't get scratched) but they are dignified and know a lot.. Really excellent non-chain store staffed by people who love music and know their products. Stopped in for guitar strings, stayed for a 15 min conversation about recording, mixing, and good practical tips on getting the best sound. These guys deserve your business, or at least a visit to drool over their guitars.

Dealer sold me strings that broke the bridge of a guitar they sold me. Its a wonderful guitar. however they should know Better than to sell/recommend strings that will literally break the guitar they are going to installed on. Items that are cheap in bigger centres are expensive but their instrument prices are fair. Wouldn't stop by for advice but if you know what you want and they got it... Eh. For a small store they do have a large selection.

I bought a KORG keyboard + good speakers from Eddy's, very helpful and had good suggestions. I would return again - their experience = good advice. Thanks gang.
