Impressed with how well set-up this organization is and how smooth it functions. Apart from that I received excellent service and repairs went exactly as I was told it would. Will definitely promote the repair factory and use them again.

Should have updated my review awhile ago..... apologies. I was pleased with the reduction in price after a quote was given that didn’t include the labour charge. The repair was fine and communication was excellent. I’ll use The Repair Factory again.

The staff were very helpful & took the time needed to explain what was needed in order to fix my phone & update my laptop. I would recommend using there services to any of my local friends.
