Doug Thompson has always been the guy to build, repair or do custom work on string instruments. Gone are the days when Doug was building LP style guitars which made a high end Gibson look like a wooden club. His work has always been the standard by which others are compared.

Doug used to build his own premium guitars, which are legendary in the guitar community. Sadly, he found that there wasn't enough profit in it, so now he sticks to repair jobs. I believe that he repairs pretty much any type of stringed instrument. I have had him repair a few guitars for me over the years. His skill and professionalism cannot be surpassed. This man radiates integrity and is always happy to chat and answer questions. Note: he accepts cash and credit card payments... no debit cards!
