This is the only dealership I use! They have always been absolutely amazing to deal with from buying my truck to servicing it! There is a reason why I bought 2 trucks from them and my mother in law has bought 3 vehicles through them! They are the only dealership I would send friends and family to. I would also like to give a shout out to Hollie and Sunny for the absolute amazing service!! They went above and beyond for me and I know if i ever need anything they will be right there to help. Thanks again I'm loving my new 2020 trail boss!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! It has been such a delightful experience to find good, honest and caring people in the workforce. In this day when we hear nothing but the negatives, I want to thank the people at Davis Chevrolet and most especially Carlee for the excellent service they have given me today – June 17, 2020. I had left my Equinox overnight for service to be started today. However, I received a phone call from Carlee informing me that due to extenuating circumstances the recall would not be covered. Before she had made the call to me she had gone way beyond and above what she needed to do to see if there was anything they could do for me. I asked her if I could talk to my grandson before I made a decision. She agreed to that. When I said, “he may call you” she was so gracious and said she would be happy to explain the situation to him. Long story short Carlee phoned to give me the good news that they had been given permission to proceed with the repairs on my car and that it would be covered under the recall. I strongly recommend Davis Chevrolet for any and all of your service needs. I cannot tell you what it meant to this 83 year old woman to be treated with such kindness, patience, understanding and concern. Thank you Carlee and Davis Chevrolet for giving me a glimpse of what your company stands for.

From purchase to service visits regarding one of my vehicles Chevy Sonic the word that can describe my experience is AWESOME. The customer service is amazing. I was deeply impressed as Ms.Lisa and Ms.Carla are very courteous and knowledgeable. They are certainly are an asset to the company.. All my concerns regarding my vehicle service were addressed nicely and within the time specified. I highly recommend Davis Chevrolet for all your service needs.

Listening skills? Poor notes? Either way I was cost a morning’s work for nothing. Made an appointment and explained I only had one day for my car. I can’t afford the down time. I need my car for work. I had to change my appointment due to work and again explained my situation. I was told it would be fine and I arrived at 8am this morning as my appointment was set. Dropped my car and waited, saying I only had today and I wanted to speak with someone about my car once it was looked at. After 90 minutes I was told my car was next, I got picked up by family and waited for a call. Two hrs later, I returned as I had not had any contact. So, my car is next she says. Well, thanks for my car sitting in your parking lot for nothing when I could have worked! If my car need further work done, as I suspected I cannot go without my car tomorrow. So nothing could have been done to my car and I would have lost the entire day! Not impressed! Just like the last dealership I refuse to go back too. No consideration for my time! I don’t have a desk job kids! Many people don’t. ** I’ll add that I did explain my needs at each interaction. Working with animals it’s not feasible to rent one or use a loaner.

Recently had an engine light code on my Sierra. Carlee got me in next day for service. I knew the dealership was very busy but she got my truck to Jeff in service had me back on the road the same day. I received great communication from Carlee and prompt quality service from Jeff! Tedd took was my shuttle driver and had me back to work within minutes of dropping the vehicle off. I can’t forget to mention Carla who is always there with a smile to help with the checkout. Too notch customer service and quality work. Thanks Jeff, Carlee, Tedd and Carla!!
