Nice staff good people. My only quarrel with this place is the prices, pay almost X2 then compared other local lumber suppliers.
Most of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. For the most part, they carry a fair amount of diversity in stock.
My frustration lies with not receiving calls back when something I am waiting for -on order- has arrived. I am told that my name will be placed on certain items. They write everything down, including my name and number, and put it all in an order book. They tell me they will call me by a certain day, and in the last while, they never return those calls that are promised. Multiple times, I will go in and the items I ordered will be on the shelves. I have voiced my concern to a few staff members, and they reassure me that they will call me. It hasnt happened yet. I really hope that they can get someone designated to contact all of the customers that are waiting for orders to arrive. Another suggestion, please dont promise what cant be delivered.
Staff are great. Super convenient for doing home renos in Enderby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't have quite what I was looking for , but the staff helped me find a good substitute and were extremely helpful.
