Great Customer Service and great deals! One of my favorite places to shop when I go to Kamloops!

Always top shelf in customer service. A true family feel in the neighbourhood where you can go and find incredible deals on items you need and some you didn't know you needed until you saw it. Let me talk about the customer service now: A couple years ago (before I had a licence to drive) I had just finished shopping at Lo Boy and headed off to the bus stop (which is across the street and up a block)with my Lo Boy finds stowed away under in the basket of my double stroller off I went to make it home. I apparently left my wallet on the counter, the owner came and found me up the road to give me my wallet back. I never forgot about that. That is the type of person I am, and the type of people I like to do business with. Every shopping experience has one added bonus to it, whether it be the nice touch of being helped out to your vehicle when you decide to clear off a complete shelf, (true story)or when they give your child a ride on one of those cool vintage amusement like rides or a quarter so they can have a go at the candy machine. They go above and beyond to help, and not because they have to because it's the service industry, they do it because you can tell they are swell people. Hats off to Lo Boy and keep doing what you are doing. And if you have never gone here before, what are you waiting for? Save me some cool stuff when you do though. Lol

Great store, always have great deals

Always great deals and always a good time. Well worth stopping in for random goods, foods, quality items and more. The owners are fun and friendly and tax is always included in all the prices. Truly a gem on the North Shore.
