Bed Bath & Beyond

Service is always great with one exception: when there's a customer issue going on at the till, more than 2 staff members jump on it. It's great for customer support but for those waiting in line and seeing 2-3 staff members working on one customer support issue is a bit much. I suggest to call another staff member to open another till instead of waiting for other staff to notice and open another till. It's happened a few times I've visited BB&B. Otherwise, service is great.

BEWARE!! they will charge your account twice and tell you its your problem. Regardless of me showing them it was taken out of my account the first time.. they said it didn't go through on their end. I was assured it won't get charged twice.. so I put my card in again because I was told it just needed to be processed in their system. I now have two charges of $140!!! I now can't by groceries and will have to go without until my bank deals with it. Bottom line here, it is acually bed bath and beyond's problem, not mine, not my banks.

They had recently ran out of what we were looking for. We went to Walmart and found a comparable item.
