Over the years I remain increasingly impressed with the quality of customer service at this store location. Their team has proven to be most professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful to me. Highly recommend going to best buy! Or different location! Manager here didnt return item went to the different location and they returned item no questions asked. Very rude manager!

Cayleb was super helpful. Didnt have the product i was looking for but warned me it might not work for my purpose. Went to london drugs to get it where i got really bad service and he was right about the product not working. I went back to Cayleb and he made sure i got the perfect cable for my situation. Small encounter but still made my life easier. Thanks man!

I will ALWAYS go to this store first for my electronics. The staff is amazing. There aren’t many places around anymore that make me feel like shopping in person. This is one of them. The best in the city for customer service in any retailer I know of.
