Bottom line Kamloops Computer has got your back FREE friendly advice and even troubleshot on my pc for a good ten minutes his self. If you go up and see them ask for Bill the man was incredibly helpful. With any luck, I may now resolve my issues. I'm also sure many other employees would have you back too. A must go to business for any pc related concerns or upgrades 🤩🤩🤩

Took my elderly father's Asus laptop in because of a microphone problem. They looked at it with us for 15 minutes recommending steps to resolve the issue. All no charge.

The guys are knowledgable and honest. If you want better service than geek squad without getting grifted by scummy sales guys KCC is an easy recommendation.
