A few months ago I definitely needed tech support!! I would like to thank Michael Stack for helping me with my Moms IPad after she had passed away, he was so kind and understanding. He did an amazing job figuring out what needed to be done. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great job!! On a follow up visit Blake and Sebastian were very helpful as well.

Staff are friendly and helpful, there is a waiting area with chairs as they limit the amount of customers in the store. There was two people ahead of me when I arrived and I was helped within a half hour, although they didnt have what I was looking for the guy working there was very informative and helpful. I left with a solution to my issue and his card in case I needed any additional help.

I was very apprehensive about buying a new phone and thought about it far too long. I finally decided to do it, what a great experience. John was patient and encouraging with me. I am now the proud owner of an IPHONE PRO and I feel excited and empowered. Thank you Simply Computing and John for opening this door for this.

Over the past year I have been to Simply Computing-Kamloops possibly with mac book related issues and I'm pleased to say that I am very pleased with the service and respect that I've received every time. Today I just needed simple guidance to do a back up. Well it was simple to them but something I had dreaded for sometime. Job completed !! thanks a lot..

Busy place, but I was fortunate enough to get in before a line up started. Service by the supervisor Michael on my IPAD was quick and efficient. I was warned before he started that if it was a "quick fix" (under 15 min), there would be no charge, more than 15 minutes would be at their hourly rate. He got into my IPAD and I was out in 12 minutes! Great service. I would highly recommend.
