Took my parents there to purchase a laptop. Was greeted at the door. Very pleasant young man, asked what we were shopping for told him a lap top and he pointed us in the right direction. Found the item we wanted to purchase.ooked for assistance. No one was around. Asked the door for some help he said I'll call someone. Waited again. No help!!! Others are now waiting for assistance as well. Went back again different person at the door and asked for help. Said that guy there can help you. (blue shirt guy at customer service). He proceeds to walk towards computers and helps someone else. I ask again this time at customer service. She says no problem I get someone to come over. At this point my father needs to sit as he has mobility issues.When there is a sale on and want to sell items in your store I suggest getting staff!!!! I will not be back and believe me I will not recommend anyone to go to Best Buy!!!!

This place is awesome. I went to buy some headphones but didn’t have what I wanted in stock. Instead the employee recommended a different brand which I ended up liking way more! Highly recommend.

This is a best buy ! A little different than the ones in Vancouver. There is people at the front of the store to help you zero in on what you need so you can spend less time social distancing in the store Nice idea

2 stars for good selection. Dealt with a man by the name of Kelly, I believe. Tall man. Extremely ignorant person.
