My remote for my car starter was acting up. It was nearly 3 years old. I stopped in to Andres and within minutes they had a new remote programmed to my vehicle at no charge. Outstanding service
You couldn't get better service than from Chris. After contacting telus for 2 months to get my hub problems fixed. Chris took the time with telus and solved the problem.
If all service personnel were as dedicated as Chris there would be no frustrations with telus to get proper help.

Nevada was so helpful, friendly, and I appreciate how upbeat she was. It’s nice to see someone who seems to enjoy being at their work! ☺️
My intent when I went into the store was to purchase a new TV. I was greeted when I opened the door but then promptly ignored for the next 15 minutes before I decided to leave. One other customer in the store was being helped while 2 other employees were busy on their phones. Definitely not impressed with the service.
