I was referred to Spitfire Computers approximately 8 years ago by another local computer tech that I trusted immensely. Because I keep highly confidential data on my laptop, I was looking specifically for someone I could trust with the information, as well as to fix the complex problem I was having. He was correct - the team at Spitfire earned my trust quickly and solved the issue. I have since taken numerous computer problems to them for either advice or for repair. I consistently find them friendly, approachable, extremely competent, and honest with me. They understand my language (non-tech), and make me feel comfortable asking questions which must seem inane to them, and they do it with a smile.
