Make them OPEN, TEST, CHARGE and show you EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you are considering to buy and make sure it works 150%!!!!!! $164 item that doesn't work straight out of the box and they would only offer a 20% discount off my next item... At a store I probably will never return to. No credit, return, exchange or any help to ship it to the manufacturer, not much difference with new owner and manager. I wonder if I can cancel my credit card payment due to fraudulent products.
