HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went into the store to go see about returning a guitar that was originally bought at Long and McQuade less than 6 months ago. When inquiring about how the return would work (1) either getting our debt paid off completely and to then get reimbursed for the remaining balance of what they would take the guitar back for, or (2) stay on our payment plan and get reimbursed for the price they would take the guitar back for, we were RUDELY told “ what do you mean, we aren’t a bank” and had a second member of their staff unnecessarily come over to reiterate that that they aren’t a bank. Never once did we insinuate this, and never once did we think that paying our business back to Long and McQuade would warrant such an ignorant encounter. We will never go back and nor should anyone with any level of customer services expectations.

They are the best! Staff is super nice and helpful. They had me try before I bought my guitar. Gave me a fair trade in price. And the in house financing was super fast and easy 👌

As always, Grant and the rest of the staff were great to deal with. I travel from Kelowna just to deal with these guys! 5 stars all the way.
