Bought a guitar recently and it was a terrific experience. The salesman knew his stuff and was genuinely excited to show me different models. It's what a music shop should be. Great staff, great prices, great experience.

My Yairi Gakki 1970 handmade guitar had an accident with a laptop. Parts of the sound hole and Rosetta were damaged on this prescious gift from my son. The pieces I found inside the instrument were like particles of dust. Mike managed to put them all back together professionally to complete the hand assembled rosetta. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!

Lee took a chunck off the guitar neck also cut the nut wrong. Charged me 160 .
