Ordered several appliances and was told it would be 2 weeks. After several months the appliances never came. I ended up cancelling the order, found much better prices and service elsewhere. The employees should be honest about when to expect items ordered from them.

Outstanding service from Aaron in the Garden section. I am going back later in the week to make a large purchase and this is where I will come in the spring, as long as he is still there to steer me in the right direction and offer advice. Well done, Aaron. Home Drpot...give this man a promotion and a raise! A very genuine Welcome to Kamloops...that is what was best of all. Thank you, sir.

Great physical space with so many product choices. Has some endemic checkout lineup problems with little organizational oversight. Easy returns. Good luck if you need to find something; chasing someone to help can very trying.
