I have ordered from here very frequently lately through the CT app to either have my order picked up curbside by my partner or shipped to my door. Unfortunately my last order on July 17 will be my last online order from this store as they have somehow attempted to charge me twice for this order a week apart ( I was charged upon pick up and then a week later( July 24)). How is this possible??? Needless to say I have now had to go to my card company and explain to them how I did not buy anything that day as I was in my yard with my 7 kids eating PizzaPizza at the time when CT charged me the second time for the same purchase. You have now stolen 169.50 from me and I am really hoping you will do the correct action and look into this issue further and refund me. If you are attempting to purchase from here online please be aware.

I was in a real pinch. Pulled in from the 401 hoping to get an emergency alignment. I realize that it's not usually a walk-in type of situation, but I was surprised by the attendants clear like of concern or compassion with my predicament. When I asked whether they might happen to know of any local shops/mechanics who might be able to help me out on short notice, they could have cared less and seemed like they they must commute t work at this location from very far away as they barely see Ed to know anything about Prescott ... I gathered more help/info from a few kind strangers in the parking lot than I did from the unconcerned staff. I get that I had no appointment, but a little humanity can go a long way. Perhaps CT isn't so great to their employees and that's what makes these folks so crusty. In the end, the GM dealership just north of the 401 appreciated my concern for my family's safety on the road, and they more than happily checked my car out. I plan to drop by the GM dealership in the future just to share my deep gratitude for their humanity and above-and-beyond service ... Unfortunately, CT, I'm done with you. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

This door is always really clean well-stocked generally good staff except I had a situation where they basically cost me $100 because you didn't try cleaning the third being rude and abrupt with me so that's why they only get three stars cuz they were very rude that day

This particular location was a gift from above. While traveling from PA to North Bay for a vacation, my car started having trouble. We managed to get off at the exit where this store was located. Not only were they open on a Sunday (on a holiday weekend no less). But they made every effort and succeeded in getting my car back on the road in two short hours. The staff there was AMAZING. Very friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot thank everyone there enough.
