Rip Off they litterly looked in my face and said United States laws don't work here. As they overcharged me $300 US. BEWARE

Don't trust the online booking. The website let's you book anything, making you think you have a confirmed reservation. Then when you show up you find there are no cars available!

Our car broke down in Monteverde (two hours away). The personnel in this office were extremely helpful and got us a new car right away, communicating with us through the whole process. We are very grateful.
