My girlfriend went in today to ask if the store were still part of the Bike Repair Scheme and left feeling totally dismissed by the staff member she spoke to. She was told she was 'about four months too late for that' and that any repair could take around 6 months. When she asked why he told her as it's not her bike she 'might not know' that parts have to brought in to do the repairs. This is certainly not the case for a simple wheel truing (which is covered under the Silver Service). I'm pretty astounded that you have staff members that think this is acceptable and I'm certain that as a man I would have been treated very differently.

I had 2 new headlight bulbs fitted here recently. The service was exceptional, the staff were friendly, polite and the actual work undertaken was faultless. Thank you for an excellent service.

Halfords is a good shop if not a bit expensive for some things. When I walked in the door today I was greeted and helped by a member of staff called Debbie who was very helpful.

Ordered a bike later into the evening for the Cycle2Work scheme. Had a missed call from the store shortly after. Called the following morning and was given a time to visit to pick up my bike. Travelled from Port Glasgow to Dumbarton as local store was out of stock. Euan who dealt with us was fantastic, gave us tones of information and made us feel at ease. The service was superb! Recommended

With all that is going on it was good to see hygiene stations in place and social distancing taking place. Found what I was looking for without too much hassle. Clean and spacious store.
