I was looked after so well by the team at Evans Cycles. It was a real pleasure to be there. I think it was Aran and Ossie who dealt with me mainly, but everyone that I came in contact with was sensible, happy and willing to help. They fixed my problem, gave great advice and really helped me make the right decisions and spend money wisely. I’d definitely recommend them for anything bike related. Staff in the store diagnosed the issue straight away with the brakes, then fixed the bearings at the same time and I picked up same day.... The amazing guy who fixed it said it only took 10minutes and not to charge.... Now that does not happen often. Thank you to all of you, restored my faith in humanity!
I got my MTB from this place. I cannot complain, they set it up well for me and even gave me £10 to use in the shop so I used it for a mudguard. Quite happy with my bike and the service.

Shocking yet again, 3 times now and never again, the guy looked us up and down and clearly thought you can’t afford what we have in stock, left us for a good 10 mins standing waiting to be approached and nothing he just carried on chatting to his colleague, to be honest mate I’m better paid than you, went down the road literally 2 mins away and spend over a grand on 2 bikes for my boys, no wonder they are closing shops like Liverpool shame really as the guys in Liverpool had respect for customers and didn’t wrongly pre judge, you should of closed the Chester branch
