Great team in the Neath store, very helpful. Assisted me with a repair in the car park out of courtesy. Bought a new bike for my 4 year old, they built it for me to a very good standard.

Staff helped me with a replacement bulb. Very prompt and courteous service by gentleman on the checkout and also the mechanic who helped outside. Fantastic service, I will definitely visit again

One member of staff in particular clearly think customers are trying to be dishonest when using gift cards that do no work correctly. They don’t know what offers are on and when buying 3 for 2 they don’t have the courtesy to let you know that one product is part of the deal and let you pay full price for them. If you are told gift cards are void and no balance. Before you throw it away just check the balance on the Halfords website. I saved £45.

A real shame Halfords, a simple tyre repair yet you were unable to fix or get the right spares on your shelf, a real inventory management problem as with not having the right tools for the job,.!! If your gonna sell a product have the back up support to make your staff have an easier job and be able to present a suitable customer journey to help them , the poor guy was ashamed, stressed and wanted to help but out of his control..come on Halfords get your act together as your healthy profits marging and increased sales to date should give you the resources to fund a store with all the stock a customer needs..not impressed and took my business else where..
