I bought a bike from here last Friday. Great service with super friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend anyone to go here for a good quality second hand bike.
Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The work they did was great and in a really timely manner. The information they gave was really detailed and honest, not sure there was anything else I could have asked for
Amazing service! They measured up and altered at least 3 bikes before they found one that was perfect for me. Price was reasonable and bikes come with a 3 month guarantee. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a second hand bike!
Normally I try to do most things myself, because most shops/repair places either have, poor customer service or you get the impression they don't know a lot about what they're doing.
However this place is run by bike enthusiasts. As a result I had jolly customer service from a bloke who definitely knew his stuff. Made a huge difference to my confidence in the repair work (which was great). It's only the 2nd such place I've found in nearly 30 years of cycling, and it's definitely where I'd take a custom build to be built, or have a repair.
