Maybe the review is premature as I have not received my bike yet, but so far the experience has been spot on. Great advice given, which even resulted in me getting a cheaper bike! Good, quick communication and generally really helpful. My only complaint is that I wish my local bike shop was as good! Based on the experience so far I am sure there wont be an issue with my bike when it does arrive :-)

A massive thanks to Sunset cycles for getting my new Orange 5 Evo to me by the weekend. I was hoping it would come in time for a meet up at Surrey Hills and the with the Billy bike mates (billysnowmates). They were very helpful on the phone when I asked on the progress and they said they would do their best and they certainly did. Received the bike in a well boxed arrangement and it was assembled in no time at all and out for a cheeky Friday night burn up the trails towards Epping!!!

Excellent service. I have been phoning around a lot of different retailers over the last few months, in search of a new bike. None have lived up to the fantastic service Sunset cycles have given me. Very friendly and helpful with all my different questions. The market is strong and almost selling itself at the moment. I have found other retailers arrogant (not all). I have since placed a pre order on a bike with Sunset cycles. Thank you Andrew and the rest of the team who have helped me choose the best option for what I want from a bike.

I just bought a pivot switchblade from sunset cycles , it took 3 months to get because of the COVID situation , the guys at sunset were fantastic with keeping me up to date , I drove down to Cardiff to pick it up from Leeds , there help and after sales were fantastic , I’ve been cycling and dealing with bike shops for years , these guys are the best of the lot , 100%
