Just picked my bike up which I dropped off yesterday morning. Needed replacement spokes and the brakes needed aligning/tightening. Very happy with the service and the advice given to me when I picked the bike up. Evans have just gained a new customer 👍🏻

I found the bike lock I was after at a decent price but the staff were particularly unhelpful, all huddled up at the counter. I was standing in front of the locks section for awhile and no one came to ask if I needed help. I also felt like I was interrupting their chat when I came to pay which was uncomfortable. I'd recommend it if you know what you're after but otherwise go elsewhere for helpful customer service!
Terrible Service! Spent £6300 on an ebike which I’m still yet to receive. Incorrect colour arrived first, then apparently an issue with the size. They still can not give me a delivery date and a refund seems like a lengthy process. No communication regarding updates, I have had to phone up to get further information. Extremely disappointed.
I'm interested in changing my bike, I was very impressed how helpful the sales assistant was. I told him exactly what I was looking for he had 3 bikes that were suitable for me. , I'll definitely be going back there.
