I recently purchased a bike for my sons Christmas present, a few weeks ago I popped in and asked for advise on which bike to get him. The team were wonderful in fact so informative that I simply ordered the one the chap suggested. When I went to collect it last week, the team remembered me and were very pleasant and helpful again. Ordered online & received notification of product being ready. Went to the shop & got my product easily and quickly. Good adherence to Covid restrictions. All in all, a slick, easy & pleasurable purchase, right from shopping online to picking up goods.

Great customer service. Collected bike and bike rack. Rack was fitted to my car. Great team, patient and helpful. Never had a bad experience at Halfords at this visit was no different. Even had help navigating out of the car park!
After a few false starts and some dodgy advice,I'm pleased to say that I am now a satisfied customer.
I was trying to get the stereo unit in my partner's car upgraded,but initially told to source some parts myself that turned out to be the wrong parts anyway!
Today,both Dan the fitter and the assistant manager understood my frustration following four visits to get the fitting completed,and both went out of their way to secure the relevant parts at very short notice and worked together to make up for the time I'd wasted already that morning. As a final act of customer care, I was not charged for the parts,just the unit and fitting.
Overall, I felt the staff I dealt with today helped me out enough that I would recommend the store/service and will look to use them again in the future.
