Frankly I am stunned by the way this organisation conducts its business! If you actually visit the Cardiff store the staff are excellent. Joseph, who served me, could not have been more helpful and found me my perfect bike from stock. But from then on things went down hill very rapidly. Firstly you cannot ring the shop! So even if they ring you and you can't take the call, it is impossible to call them back to find out why they had called you. Forget emails, they simply don't reply. If you are trying to buy on a "cycle to work scheme" you will never actually be able to get your bike, as it appears impossible to actually pay for the bike. My employer tried to pay for the bike using a credit card. No chance, Tredz don't take credit card payments over the phone. Considering they actually had the bike in stock, 8 weeks later I am no closer to riding it than I was when I first ordered it. I have now resigned myself to the sad fact that I will never get my bike. Obviously Tredz don't want or need my business. The mind boggles what their customer service must be like if, having once received your bike, there is a problem. But reading some of the other reviews on this site, it appears to be what I would have expected. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A BICYCLE, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Excellent customer service. Bought a helmet online, too big. Easily returned at Tredz Cardiff and subsequently bought a new one whilst there. Friendly and reassuring, thank you!

Bought a bike online which then reduced in price hours later. Tredz honoured the new reduced price with no issue and refunded me the difference - very chuffed. The bike purchased needed the seat post cutting which was then done in store free of charge. Only small gripe is I had to get the bike delivered to my home and then take the bike in to the store for this, rather than having it delivered straight to the store - however it’s only a minor problem and due to the current pandemic.

Just got my hard tail delivered. Great bike yet again. Must be the only large frame in country lol.😀

Day 21 and I don't have bike still sent it back on 25 November to get fixed they said parts for it would be fitted in between 9/12 then ide get my bike back i have been emailing them and they ignoring me they not responding my mates told me what a good bike company tredz is but how can I say the same if my bike been broken and its been 3 weeks with out my bike and I need it its my source of travel to collage and work and I can't even ride my bike I have to pay for bus fees when I spent 1500 pounds for a decent bike thats broken im still waiting to get it back and it's taking long they tell me they doing there best but it doesn't seem like it if I have been waiting 21 days 3 weeks too get my bike back I was meant to go on a biking trip with 3 of my mates to France I can't go anymore cause my bikes broken and now I have to miss out . I'm not a happy customer 😒. Day 22 i still have not received the bike they tell me they have sent the bike out so I asked for a tnt tracking information and they are not sending it I have sent them loads of emails and they are not getting back to me...Tuesday 22 December i opened the box that I received my bike in my cassette was fixed got on my bike tried to change gears and I couldn't the derailleur is broken I will be sending my bike back to tredz for a new one this is unacceptable worst bike company I know don't ever buy a bike from trez the service is bad waited a month for my bike I received it broken once again if they don't respond to my email in the next 24 hours I will be contacting citizens advice and trading standards and I will be going to social media and show that the company is selling people broken products i expected better service after sending it back the first time I thought wrong what a bad bike company and I will be contacting cycle to works and I will tell them that tredz are selling broken products. I'm extremely disappointed and very annoyed and angry.
